Our Training Programs

Comprehensive training designed to prepare you for a rewarding career in the care sector with a combination of theory, simulated learning, and practical experience.

Certificate III in Individual Support

This qualification reflects the role of workers in the community and/or residential setting who follow an individualised plan to provide person-centered support to people who may require support due to ageing, disability or some other reason.

Course Structure:

Classroom Theory

Comprehensive theoretical knowledge delivered by industry professionals

Simulated Learning

Practice skills in a controlled environment before entering the workplace

Practical Work Placement

120 hours of supervised workplace experience in an aged care or disability facility

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

If you have existing skills and knowledge relevant to this qualification, you may be eligible for RPL, potentially reducing your study time and costs.
